Undergraduate Education employees are assigned one laptop computer for use at their on-campus office as well as while working remotely or traveling. Your Undergraduate Education-issued computer should be used for IU work only.

If your computer is running slower than it should, contact the Support Team using the Tech Help Form. The Support Team will investigate what might be causing performance issues and may issue you a temporary laptop while we service your assigned computer or send it off for warranty repair.
