Partner UITS teams support Undergraduate Education's departments and programs, as well as IU Bloomington strategic goals through two primary areas:

  • Departmental Solutions: Data reports, systems, and custom web applications
  • Support Services: Software and hardware support including laptop computers and peripheral devices

Departmental Solutions

Departmental Solutions builds, supports, and maintains websites, web applications, and implementations of vended and enterprise solutions for select departmental partners across Indiana University. Departmental Solutions is a UITS Enterprise Systems unit.

Support Services

Support Services ensures that Undergraduate Education staff have the equipment they need to do their work, including computers, monitors, phones, and other devices.

They can help you with accessing software, login issues, troubleshooting your work devices, and general IT support for any system you need for your work. Support Services are provided by the University Administration Technology division of UITS.
